Is the GPS position correct? If yes, return to your Vélo Modalis application to update your position.
If no, please
➡️ Deactivate your GPS location in your smartphone settings, then reactivate it.
If the problem persists you can restart your smartphone.
For Android users:
Be aware that power-saving mode can have a negative impact on the frequency of location information retrieval. You can therefore deactivate this option to ensure the smooth running of the application.
