You've arrived at the station but you can't end your trip in the application?
We invite you first to check that all bikes are connected to each other from the terminal. You can then follow the instructions described in the dedicated article of our FAQ: I can't end my trip
If this still doesn't work, and our customer service is not available, you can request the end of your trip by clicking on the "❔" icon at the top of your screen, then on "REQUEST THE END OF MY TRIP". Fill in the request form, confirming the following steps:
➡️ You are unable to complete your journey, despite several attempts
➡️ You dropped off the bike at a station
➡️ You read and accepted the conditions for emergency trip completion listed in this article.
Once the form has been completed, and the photo of the bike has been sent, we will get back to you as soon as possible and we will regularize your trip.
💰Note: Your trip will only be invoiced once customer service has reviewed your request within 24 hours. Customer service reserves the right to apply a penalty if the conditions for ending an emergency trip are not met.
