You've reached your destination but can't end your trip in the application? We invite you to carry out the following operations, depending on the problem encountered:
- Is the application telling you that it can't connect to the bike via Bluetooth, or is it running in a loop with nothing happening?
Close the application, deactivate your Bluetooth and mobile data and then reactivate them (you can also restart your phone). Then relaunch the app and make another connection attempt.
- 🗺 The application indicates you that you can't return the bike and reach the indicated zone?
You are currently in a prohibited zone, it is impossible for you to complete your trip there. Please follow the route displayed by the application to return to our activity zone and drop off your bike at the station.
- 🧲 The application doesn't detect that your bike is parked at the station?
Make sure the bike is securely hooked up by its two magnets. Turn the handlebars about 30° to the right to facilitate insertion of your bike, it should then emit a double "beep" sound
All bikes must be linked to each other from the terminal.
- 📍 Is the application locating you in the wrong place on the map?
It could be that the application is locating you in a prohibited area when you're not actually there, or it's locating you far from the station when you're nearby. Your geolocation may not be correct.
