Start my trip

The app's map displays the location and the number of bike in station available near your position.

After entering your destination address, the app shows you the closest stations and anticipates redirections you might have to follow.

Unlock the bike🔓:

➡️ Click on the SCAN button: scan the QR code located on the bike's handlebars or enter the QR code manually by clicking on "MANUAL: you will find the bike number on the fork or on the QR code"   ➡️ Wait a few seconds for the app to connect to the bike. Once connected, the bike will emit a double beep and the app will display your route on the screen.

➡️ Press the left brake to detach the bike and pull it towards you.

⚠️ For information, the bikes are attached to each other by two magnets on the right-hand side of the bike.

Is QR code illegible? You'll find the bike number again on the bike's fork or above the rear light.  

🛠 Your bike has broken down? The application will suggest you to park it in the maintenance zone (virtual zone) and you can then start a new route request by scanning the QR code of the next bike.
