Here are a few precautions to take before starting your ride
⛑️ Wearing a helmet: even if it is not obligatory but we strongly recommend it.
🚴 Saddle: adjust the height of your saddle using the handle provided, raising it to unlock the saddle. Once it's at the right height, hold the saddle in place and press the handle to return it to its original position. Don't hesitate to push and pull on the saddle to make sure it's locked in place - it should be fixed while you're riding!
You're sharing the road with other road users, so be sure to ride your bike with respect!
🚳 Traffic: you can use bike paths if the roadway is equipped with them, or share the road with other vehicles. It's forbidden to ride on the sidewalk or in parks, which are reserved for pedestrians.
🛣️ Highway code: a bicycle is a vehicle, so you must respect the Highway Code just like any other driver. Respect the direction of traffic, priority rules and traffic lights.
